Terms of Purchase
By purchasing a product through our online store "My Lovely Bag" (mylovelybag.mk), the buyer confirms acceptance and agreement with the following terms of purchase.
1. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Available payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery
- Credit/Debit Card payment
2. Prices
All product prices are expressed in MKD (Macedonian Denars) and include VAT. My Lovely Bag reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
3. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia. Delivery time: 1-3 business days from order confirmation. Shipping costs: 150-220 MKD. Free delivery for orders over 4,000 MKD.
4. Returns and Exchanges
The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with original tags. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
5. Complaints
In case of a manufacturing defect or damage during transport, the buyer should contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Complaints can be submitted to mylovelybag.mk@gmail.com or by phone at 078-323-230.
6. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
My Lovely Bag processes buyers' personal data exclusively for order fulfillment purposes and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
